All our 152 rooms and suites have high-speed and wireless Internet
access. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for the comfort of
our guests during their stay and entrance to the gym and sauna
is complimentary for all guests.
Two children under the age of 17 stay free of charge in existing
bedding in their parents’ room. Please note that this is subject
to availability and space. Extra beds are available for 250 SEK.
Rooms for smokers are available. The hotel’s public areas and
rooms are easily accessible and we have a number of rooms dedicated
for disabled persons.

Practically designed and located in a quiet part of the hotel,
several of our cosy and intimate Single rooms face the airy hotel
atrium. Our Standard rooms offer comfortable and relaxing double
rooms, with either queen or twin-size beds.

Suites
With extraordinary views of the waters of Nybroviken and the picturesque
boats sailing in it, our One Bedroom Water View suites are also
available as Corner suites. These Corner suites have a round room
that serves as a comfortable lounge overlooking the waterfront.

Tower Suite
The best suite in the city, the Tower suite is an exceptional
two-storey suite located in the tower of the hotel with a private
terrace and amazing views of Stockholm and the waterfront.

Strand Restaurant & Lounge
Serving great food in a relaxing and international environment,
the Strand Restaurant & Lounge offers modern and healthy Swedish
food prepared with the freshest ingredients.

Breakfast: 6.30-10.30 a.m. (Mon-Fri); 7.30-11.00 a.m. (Sat-Sun)
Brunch: Noon–5 p.m. (Sat), Noon-4 p.m. (Sun); 220 SEK per person

On Sundays, we serve dinner from the Bar Menu in the Lounge.
The Lounge
The perfect place to relax after a long day, the Lounge serves
refreshing drinks, fresh coffee and tempting snacks from the eclectic

Health & Fitness
All our guests have free access to our sauna and a small gym on
the top floor, which offers a place to unwind and splendid views
of Stockholm. The hotel also offers massage services upon request.
The hotel is situated near Djurg?rden, a national park, which
has popular jogging and walking routes.

Guests at the Radisson SAS Strand Hotel enjoy a discounted entrance
fee to one of Stockholm's most exclusive health and fitness centres,
Sturebadet. Sturebadet offers a wide variety of beauty treatments,
massages, a fully-equipped gym, sauna and swimming pool, as well
as aerobics and yoga classes.
Guests also have access to the SATS Sports Club, a gym near the
hotel. SATS offers a complete gym as well as a variety of classes.

Meetings
The Radisson SAS Strand Hotel offers some of the most stylish
meeting facilities in Stockholm. The central location and luxurious
ambience of the hotel make it perfect for intimate meetings and
large events.
We offer seven meeting rooms that can accommodate anywhere from
4 to 90 persons. The Baxter room has four luxurious leather armchairs
and large windows that offer a stimulating and inspirational environment
for a small meeting for four. The recently renovated Maritim room
overlooks the waters of Nybroviken and offers a splendid view
of the archipelago boats. It can accommodate up to 90 persons
for a large event.
Our Business Centre is run by experienced and efficient personnel
who are happy to assist you with ticket rebooking, photocopying,
message service and any other service you may require. |
Conveniently located in the city centre, the Radisson SAS Strand
Hotel is close to Stockholm’s central business district, the city’s
finest shopping and the Old Town.
Boats to the archipelago depart from our doorstep and the most
popular museums, theatres, outdoor area and a wide variety of
restaurants are also nearby.
You can reach us
By air
The Arlanda Express highspeed train takes you to Stockholm Central
Station in 20 minutes. The Airport Coaches from Arlanda Airport
(a 40-minute journey) stop at the City Terminal near the Central
Station. A taxi from the Central Station to the hotel costs approximately
80 SEK, and a taxi from Arlanda Airport takes about 45 minutes
to our hotel. Please ask the taxi driver for a fixed rate.
By car
The hotel is located next to Nybrokajen opposite The Royal Dramatic
Theatre. Please follow signs for Centrum, Norrmalmstorg &
Nybrokajen. The hotel has a limited number of indoor and outdoor
parking spaces.
By subway
The Blue Line in Stockholm underground stops at Kungstr?dg?rden,
which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. |
