The Hotel Ambassador-Monaco offers to their international guests

Restaurants
The famous restaurant MALIZIA offers refined Italian Gastronomical
cuisine in a Liberty Style setting, plus the possibility of savouring
dishes skilfully prepared by our prestigious Chef.
In 1262, Carlo d'Angio, who had become Count of Provence and indisputed
leader ot the Guelf in Italy, ceded Monaco to the Genoese. This
remained the state of affairs until 1270, then the Ghibellines
attacked Ventimiglia and drove out the Guelfs, who sought refuge
under the protection of Carlo d'Angio'. There they prepared a
counter-offensive against the Ghibellines. In this struggle, Francesco
Grimaldi, called "MALIZIA" and his men, reached the
rock of Monaco on january 8 th 1297, disguised as Monks. With
