A complete refurbishment programme of the hotels 140 ensuite
bedrooms is now complete.
Amenities in all bedrooms include multichannel tv, tea and coffee
making facility, garment press and direct dial telephone.
Executive bedrooms are extra spacious and ISDN lines are available
to corporate customers.
There are 3 Riverview Suites which contain a tastefully furnished
meeting room or sitting room adjoining the executive bedroom.
The hotel has a number of bedrooms suitable for wheelchair access
and less able bodied guests. |
Restaurant & Bar
Enjoy the dining facilities of our Waterford Tower Hotel. The
hotel offers a choice of 3 dining options:
Bistro
at the Tower
Natural light, terracotta walls, glass and wood paneling provide
a bright, cheerful setting with views of Reginalds Tower and The
Mall. The menu is imaginative and Mediterranean in flavour. The
Bistro is
open 18.30 - 21.30 Sunday to Thursday and 18.30 - 22.00 Friday
& Saturday. Sunday lunch is available from 12.30 - 15.00.
The Carvery
A very attractive room featuring modern soft furnishings and bright
colours, it provides breakfast and diner buffet style with additional
table service.
Breakfast 7.30 – 10.00am
Dinner 6.30 – 9.30pm
Sunday lunch 12.30 – 2.00pm
Adelphi Riverside
Bar
Informal dining and bar snack service is provided 11.00am to 9.00
pm daily. A popular luncheon buffet, offering a choice of hot
and cold plate dishes is a daily feature 12.30 to 2.30 pm.
Bars
Both the Adelphi Riverside Bar and the Bistro Bar provide a relaxing
atmosphere for your favourite beverage. |
Banqueting
The Ardmore Room occupies two bright spacious banqueting rooms
which can be all in one for the larger banquet up to 350 persons.
This area is served by two fully equipped bars and a very large
open lounge which is ideal for assembly or pre-dinner receptions.
Meetings & Conference
The more intimate group can be accommodated in one of the smaller
banqueting suites which range from the self contained Dumore Room
with its own bar and dance floor for about 100 guests to the Lismore
Room where up to 16 guests can dine at one bountiful table.
The new Conference and Business Centre at the Tower offers state
of the art facilities, including audio visual equipment, ISDN
lines, air conditioning and a spacious assembly area.
The Ardmore Room
Our largest room has a capacity of 450 theatre style , 350 banquet
style and can be subdivided into two smaller soundproof suites.
Both sections offer natural light with blackout facility, audio
visual equipment, ISDN lines, air conditioning, self contained
bar and dance floor.
The Ardmore Lounge
A spacious area adjoining the Ardmore Room ideal for assembly,
coffee breaks or pre-dinner receptions.
The Dunmore Room Ideal for meetings and smaller banquets up to
100 persons, it is equipped with its own bar and dance floor.
The Lismore Room
A Boardroom style room with a capacity of 16 for a meeting or
private dinner.
The Rossmore Room
A well proportioned room on the first floor suitable for training,
presentations and private meetings.
Meeting Rooms
The hotel has a number of smaller rooms, including the Glenmore
Room which can be used for meetings and breakout sessions.
Business Centre
This facility, open 24 hours a day, provides fax, photocopier,
ISDN lines, email and internet services. |

Our gym is fitted out with a full range of cardiovascular and

Our 20 metre deck level pool is a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely
swim or alternatively there is a lane available for a more strenuous
pace.The pool comes complete with a children’s area. A safe,
fun environment for children to build their water confidence.
Relax in our Jacuzzi, steam room and plunge pool for a revitalising
treatment that restores your natural energy levels.Alternatively,
soak up the hot dry heat in our sauna and ease those tired bones.

“Tiny
Towers” Kiddies Club
The club for 2 to 7 year olds, operates 10am to 1pm and 6pm to
8pm July and August, at Bank Holiday weekends and during the mid-term
breaks (check availability when booking). Activities include face
painting, art and craft, musical games, story time, disco and
videos. Babysitting arrangements available to midnight.
Free Parking
